This item contains extra pIMAGO-biotin (reagent only) and should be used as a part of the complete phosphoprotein detection kit. Use at 1:1,000 dilution in pIMAGO buffer for Western Blot, and at 1:100 dilution for microplate detection. Store at 4 degrees Celsius.
